The downtime for eyebrow reconstruction varies depending on the technique used and individual healing factors. You can expect some initial redness, swelling, and mild discomfort in the treated area immediately following the procedure. This typically subsides within a few days to a week. 

Final results of the procedure typically takes several months, with noticeable improvement starting within the first few weeks to months. Temporary shedding of transplanted hairs may occur initially, followed by gradual growth and thickening over the next 6 to 12 months or longer. Stick to the post-operative care instructions provided by our surgeon and attend follow-up appointments to ensure faster healing. 

For this procedure, surgeons typically take hair from areas with well-suited hair growth patterns, such as the scalp or back or sides of neck and then implant them into the eyebrow area to create a natural-looking eyebrow shape. Our surgeon will carefully select and place individual hair follicles to mimic the natural growth pattern of the eyebrows.

Following the procedure, expect some initial swelling, and tenderness which will disappear in a few days. Temporary shedding may occur as the area heals. Avoid picking at scabs to prevent damage to the transplanted follicles. Over the next few months, new hairs will grow in the transplanted area, which become thick and denser over time.
